Register Your Troop and Scouts Electronically Again this Year!

Well, it's not exactly on-line registration, but it's the next best thing. The excel spreadsheet allows you to enter information in just one place and it will generate the many useful forms needed for camp and even calculate your camp fees!

This year's program has flexible/open scheduling making the merit badge selection even easier than last year. For those with MS Office 2007 use the *.xlsx version (click here) and if you have an older version of excel use the *.xls version (click here).

Submit Your Registration ASAP!*

The best way is to submit your registration early.

  • Complete the excel spreadsheet and e-mail here (Camp Office & Director)
The fees page is what the office needs verify your registration and form itself is what the camp needs for program planning! You can snail mail it too if you prefer!
  • Early Bird Rates .... best not to wait until May 7th - that will be a busy day at the council office. I recommend sending in your spreadsheet and paying by phone (or mail a check) or stop by the office well before May 7th.
  • Advantages of sending in the registration early - It's a win-win ... it gives us time to plan and helps your scouts get the first choices of limited activities like shooting sports, climbing, MRT, etc.
  • Don't worry about changes. If any come up, just re-submit with the changes.

If you have any questions just contact me. -Rich
