About the Cartoonist
Rich was a Cub Scout back when there were Lions and no Tigers
(but still Bears, oh my!) and Boy Scouts wore green instead of
tan uniform shirts. An Eagle Scout and father three scouts, he
is a strong believer in the scouting program. He believes that
scouting is still one of the best sources for developing character
and values in our youth, as well as a great way to have fun in
the process!
