Cowboy Boots at the Lost and Found

I stopped by the Lost and Found right next to our JamboLink area and asked what were the most unusual things that have been turned in. They said a pair of cowboy books, a yamaka and a rosary. The cowboy boots triggered this cartoon, figuratively speaking.
